Gimp-splash

Well no is not a plugin just the splash of a new version of GIMP (for Windows)

Main difference with the more know builds from [link] is that this may launch with 2 different configuration :

1)Gimp_(Core_no-extra) that correspond to the official version, except that here a updated Help Manual is already installed, python plugins may work on the fly, and the previews of a few plugins that were too microscopic to be usable are here enlarged to a more usable size, and a few plugin and script that in the opinion of many users should be already included
(but are not to maintain the already complex code more simple and compact possible..pretty good reason and what may be better not included in the core may be well reintegrated at packaging time, as in this case)

In this configuration it load much faster



2)Gimp_(PhotoComix_Lab)

Gimp tailored for "Photo" for all sort of photo edit from the most commune to the most esoteric, and for "Comix" that here include digital sketching and painting ... and anything in between as turn a photo in a digital sketch or painting.

in this configuration is much slower to load, and pop out flashing and harmless black consoles when loading
but may be worth be patient
